A young Shikamaru sat in the very classroom he was in not to long ago as a student. Today was the day he was waiting for. The day he finally got assigned to his jounin counterpart. The man who would essentially mold him into the great shinobi he planned to be someday. As he sat there and waited he decided to do a little prank. The white haired bastard stood up and grabbed a cup of water from the desk his old teacher normally used and poured it on the floor right near the door in a puddle. The floor was already slippery enough but this was adding insult to injury. His sensei was late. Like 30 minutes late and Shikamaru hated waiting on people to move their ass especially with his development on the line. This was his future and as a young man he wanted it to start now. He wanted to start his road on shinobihood now. And with his sensei taking long to arrive that didn't look like it was going to happen. Giggling as he ran back to his seat Shikamaru sat back down and began to rest his head on the desk so he wouldn't get caught smiling as his sensei arrived.
