But I noticed people still claiming the opening bonuses, so can they still be claimed even though the first month is already over?

I was curious if that also includes the "original member" skill, or if that was only for older members returning? Now that the bonuses for having it have been revealed I'm wondering whether new people such as myself qualify for it.
