Kouketsu is rather pale looking, due to the constant rain and cloudy days in Amegakure. Hardly any sunlight breaks the grey skies hanging over the depressing village. Kouketsu also has raven black hair that hangs as far down as his jaw. He also has raven black eyes that seem to pierce into your soul and judge you and your power. He is usually seen wearing a traditional robe with the Uchiha symbol expertly sewn onto the back of this prideful Uchiha. He wears an oni sash that goes with on his hip. Then beneath it lies the rope parted down the middle with a slight opening. Underneath the robe is a mesh shirt being comfortable and keeping the robe from irritating him.
Personality: Kouketsu is a very prideful and arrogant Uchiha. He takes a good deal of pride in his abilities and his clan. He has just recently learned about his bloodline ability, or Kekkei Genkei, and deems it superior to all others. His arrogance therefore stems from that point of view and causes him to believe he's unbeatable. Like his eyes were a gift from a God itself. He doesn't yet realise the sacrifices needed for those fabled Crimson Eyes.
Underneath all the arrogance and pride is a warm heart, even if you can't seem to find it at first. If you try hard enough to help him achieve his goals and just generally try to become his friend, he's more than willing to gain aid from a friend as well as give it. Not everyone is perfect, they have their quirks. It's just that it's unfortunate that Kouketsu believes his clan to be superior to all, sometimes getting in the way of potential friendships.
Story: Being from a family that was widely known for their visual and Shinobi prowess, Kouketsu was raised to be a real Uchiha, a Shinobi. He trained with his father who taught him the tactics of war and the strategies of battles he himself had fought in. Even more so, Kouketsu wanted to surpass all others, even those in his clan. He decided to take up individual teachings from the best in his clan and from well known ninja. He would be enrolled into the Ninja Academy and would begin his Journey as a ninja. At the time he was rather young.
Kouketsu was passing everything with flying colors. He would spar with students after school as well and managed to achieve victory in all of them. He would eventually take a test years later to allow him to move on from the safe haven known as the Ninja Academy. It was time he learned how to be a real ninja. He was going to be promoted to the rank of Genin. He had passed the test at the top of his class and gained the Amegakure Forehead Protector. Four lines symbolizing the Land of the Rain.

Morals: For the most part, Kouketsu upholds the society's morals and it's rules. He doesn't find interest in purposely being mean, as he seas it as a sign of weakness and envy towards another. Why would you envy someone weaker than you?
Values: Kouketsu values his clan and friends over almost anything else. His clan held his yet to be awakened ability which was told to hold great power. His friends were motivators. They make him want to be better than them, to surpass them and even his superiors. If anyone were to threaten these two things, he'd make sure you were put six feet under, or at least severely hurt.
Boundaries: Kouketsu tends to draw the line at illegal things, unless those deemed illegal provide a great amount of benefits and a low amount of negative effects. Killing someone in cold blood doesn't appeal to him. He's not afraid to kill, but why do it for no reason? What do you gain out of it?
