Arashi vs Cid

Arashi was getting rather weary of these endless gauntlet battles, despite them providing a healthy amount of experience. The arena they were fighting in was nothing complex; Just a grassy plain with a few trees and a few rocks. His next opponent was one of chuunin rank, and both him and Arashi were about three meters from each other. The young Kirigakure ninja stared him down, analyzing every feature on his body.

"Hello. I am Arashi Ichiriku, genin of Kirigakure..."

Arashi then went ahead and weaved four handseals, utilizing the academy jutsu Body Replacement Technique. Despite being so basic, it still found its uses in high level battles. The particular rock he linked himself with was about two meters away from Arashi.

"I hope you provide a good enough test for me...oh, how I love looking for knowledge. I hope you have some type of unique jutsu that's worth cataloguing."

After finishing his short speech, Arashi was again on the offense. He formed four handseals, slamming his hand against the dirt, unleashing a wave of electricity across the battlefield.

So apparently the epic genius of combat known as Cidolfus was somehow dragged into something he wasn't happy about and he was now standing 3 meters away from some random ass kid from God knows what village. The black haired Kirishiki didn't even bother to check the man's headband, if he even had one. On the other hand he wore his around his right biceps. Cidolfus proudly wore his Konohagakure no Sato headband. However, before he could even say anything, the boy introduced himself and revealed the village of his origin. The black haired Kirishiki did not care about such a thing, but he did care about the fact that the boy's hands were coming closer to each other rather quickly. Apparently this kid was going to do some hand seals, he was probably thinking of doing some jutsu or something. Now, Cidolfus was not gonna just stand there and do nothing.

The moment this kid made his second hand seal, Cidolfus actually performed his first hand seal since he was sorta behind the boy who initiated his hand seals before he did. However, unlike this boy who was apparently aiming for a technique which had multiple hand seals, the black haired Kirishiki only needed a single ram hand seal. This hand seal was for his epic Fūton: Atsugai. From his mouth the Konoha shinobi would blast a compressed tornado that would then create a blast of wind powerful enough to cover a wast area. Cidolfus would make sure the technique hit at max range, meaning it would hit at long range. Since the two shinobi were only 3 meters apart, this attack would reach the Kiri shinobi before he even finished his set of hand seals. On top of that, it would spread out in a spherical form at a rather rapid pace, the other kid had only a matter of a second or two before he got caught in the blast radius.

Unfortunately, the rather close range of the two had not been an advantage for Arashi. He used only a single handseal, shooting out a sphere of compressed wind. Honestly, Arashi needed to get jutsus which didn't require so many handseals. Unsure about his ability to dodge the spherical blast of wind, Arashi activated the first gate, unlocking the potential that his human body kept stored inside of him. He jumped up into the air about three meters while spinning rapidly, sailing over the sphere of compressed wind.

Once in the air, the spinning momentum would be enough to form the Taijutsu move Leaf Dragon God, turning Arashi into a living tornado in the form of a dragon. The dragon would obviously aim itself at his opponent, and once hit, he would be quickly teared apart.

Due to the wrong judgement of the shinobi from Kirigakure, the black haired Kirishiki was able to wrap this up rather quickly. On top of the fact that the two of them were three meters away, the boy would only jump three meters into the air in order to try dodging the attack blasted him, which was his downfall. The technique which Cidolfus used was one with a rather large range and thus the boy's jump into the air did not move him out of range. In an instant the wind technique would consume the boy from Kirigakure and once it was over, his lifeless body would hit the ground beneath it. The power of these winds was strong and at such a range the boy was simply doomed. Unsure why the other boy did something like this, Cidolfus would simply turn around and leave.
