Another day another mission. Yuuka once again smiled, being polite and walking around like a lady. However the light in her eyes were not there. Like a vacant room, it was empty. Her smile but a ruse for the civilians. Children had gone missing since the Earthquake, the village feared that they might have died but none of their bodies were found in the debris.

Investigations on their missing children had located them to be safe even after the Earthquake. There were not the type to run away, good children who listened to their parents. The mission was to locate them, to find their were-about and have them safely returned to their parents. As such Yuuka had been asking the merchants. The children frequently played around here, Yuuka would need to know the last time anyone saw them.

The stories were varied. Some did not remember while others thought they remembered. Yuuka used the last date in which the children had been seen. 2 days after the Earthquake they had been seen playing hide and seek near the entrance of the market. So she had a lead.

Yuuka found herself at the entrance of the Market district. Only a week or so ago, she had entered through the very place. Konoha had been very different the. Even now Konoha felt like a strange place, she had yet grown to fully accept it as home. To her the field felt like home, camping in the wild with a few Jounin. This place felt odd to Yuuka, secure, with minor problems, such as cleaning cages and vandalism. On the field it was always fight to survive. Yuuka felt strange, a sudden change of heart. It had been frequent, once she decided on something she felt another.

The children had last been seen here, now she needed clues to their disappearance. Tracking would be near impossible, the debris had been cleared and any evidence or trail would have been tampered during the cleaning. Yet she looked for clues, around the fences and around the trees. The children had been playing hide and seek. The kidnapper must have found the kids while they were hiding. So where were the spots that children hid? She moved, looking for places small children would hide. In bushes, in boxes, behind dustbins and in trees.

She found what she had been looking for. Broken branches in a tree, the soil around some bushes that were slightly over turned. The dustbins would have been returned and the boxes thrown out but she had enough clues. They were definitely kidnapped. The missing number of children were 6, Yuuka confirmed this. She now needed to figure out where or who had taken them. This would be the hard part. She would need to question the people around her for anyone that looked strange. People who frequented this particular entrance in the past few days.

This is exactly what she did, she question the master of Merchants, the shop keepers close to the entrance. She asked even children but there wasn't anything worth while. Yet she did not give up, taking upon different angles to locate the missing children. It would take too long if she attempted to find where the children could be hidden. There were too many places in Konoha.

Yuuka entered a shop near the entrance, ordering Tea to calm her nerves and collect her evidence. Konoha needed a better system to keep an eye on the children. Even if they didnt have the resources, losing the children and expending Chuunin to look for it was more costly.

The Tea was brought in for Yuuka, a hot cup of Jasmine tea. The sweet flowery scent would help her relax and gather her thoughts. It was most fortunate for Yuuka, upon receiving her Tea, a strange man had walked in, nursing bandages around his arm and ointment around his eyes. He appeared to be disgruntled, checking his reflection in the mirror. She found the kidnapper. The injuries could have been from the Earthquake but the markings were too recent and the scratches thin. It had to have been from children. Yuuka would drink her tea and wait.

The man ordered some food, a bit too much food. This further confirmed her suspicions he left quickly when the food arrived. Yuuka would pay for the tea and quickly follow the man. If she guessed correctly he needed to feed the children he had kidnapped. Yuuka followed him for a while, he was cautious looking left and right and going around in circles. Yuuka used a series of transformation to lose his attention. Soon they would arrive at a house, he walked downstairs to a basement area.

He disappeared into the basement and Yuuka quickly followed. The door was made of out steel, locked from the inside. Yuuka knocked, the metal ringing. There was no response. Yuuka knocked again. WHAT!? was the response she had gotten. Yuuka knocked again, deciding not to reply. From Behind the door she could hear footsteps. Heavy feet approached the gate, opening a small window to see who had been knocking. WHAT?!

As soon as he had opened the small door Yuuka thrust her Hairpin into the man's eye. Killing him. She dragged his head out confirming the kill by breaking his neck. She push the dead man back and put her arm through, unchain the door and enter the building. The basement was dirty, she hid the man's body for the sake of the children. The children were found locked in a backroom eating the food that had been given to them.

They all cried out. They would be safely returned to their families.
