Appearance: The first thing that stands out about Arashi, is how short he is. Standing at 4'9, it is easily his most definable trait. He has nearly perfect, olive skin, with hazel, round eyes. His hair is dark blue, tied into a ponytail. Arashi walks with a slight slouch, making him seem even more shorter then he really is. Despite his short stature, however, Arashi is quite well built for his age due to his extensive workouts. His lride for Kiragakure is strong, as he ccarries a tattoo of the symbol of Kirigakure on his right hand.
For clothing, Arashi wears a black trenchcoat with Kirigakure's symbol on the back of it, with a plain and white undershirt underneath. He wears a simple pair of black pants with multiple holsters designed to carry many weapons, and he wears a nice and comfortable looking pair of sandals. His headband is located on his forehead like most shinobi. Sometimes, Arashi is seen wearing a blue scarf.
Personality: Arashi is a quiet person, almost never saying anything unless it's important. He is a very patient person, and can handle even the most stupid of people, but, he finds himself wanting to simply be left alone most of the time. Arashi greatly enjoys quietness. Most of the time, he is a very blunt person and says whatever is on his mind. Plus, because of being raised in Kirigakure, he has a llove for fighting and killing people, but he isn't some mindless serial killer. It's just, when given the chance to, Arashi usually takes it and greatly enjoys it. However, due to his calm nature, most people wouldn't even notice his joy. Arashi also has a love for being free, and desires to have the most amount of choices in life possible without breaking order.
Arashi also has what some others might call a hero complex, despite most of his personality traits resembling nothing of a hero. Taught the injustices of the world by his father, Arashi was inspited to help those less fortunate them him, giving him the drive to eliminate everything he sees as evil, which may be different from other's views. He still hasn't had time to shape his views on the world yet since he's so young, but he thinks in shades of grey instead of right or wrong. If he sees an orphan stealing some food, he wouldn't bat an eye, but he'd go after the corporate scum with extreme prejudice.
Because of his rather antisocial nature, Arashi has studied many books and is a highly intelligent person, which is why he's so good at Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. He is able to quickly learn something without much effort. Arashi is aware that his personality may annoy others, and in fact, it's one of his hobbies. He takes on a condescending nature towards people he does not like, or, when he just feels like being left alone so he can study.
Also, Arashi has an unhealthy lust for knowledge, according to his teachers. He wants to perfect himself so he can become the perfect hero, but he's willing to do almost anything for knowledge. He'd make even the most minor adjustments to a technique if it meant improving it.
Story: Arashi was born to a middle class family, the youngest out of his brother and him. His parents were both merchants making a decent profit, allowing him a good house in the better parts of Kirigakure. His brother was around 6 at the time, in the academy training to be a ninja, and even though Arashi was a baby, he knew he wanted to follow in his brother's footsteps. When he was four, he told his parents of his dream, and his father wanted to get him into what he thought was the Shinobi mindset. Arashi was up at night, hearing his father read book after book, telling him the major events of the world.
At the age of six, he was enrolled into the academy. Arashi had high standards for himself, and would always continously ace most assignments given to him. However, as the years continued on, Arashi never seemed to grow, and was bullied because of his short stature, which caused him to become much more reclusive, and eventually, dislike people. Outside of the academy, Arashi still pushed himself, studying Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu so he could become the mist capable ninja in the village. Despite being nearly the top of his class, he was still bullied. He only held in his anger because of his calm nature. It wasn't until Arashi was 9, that his father became concerned with his behavior. Arashi usually looked up to his brother, but his years at the academy just proved how much he was behind him, causing Arashi to become jealous.
So, his father read him a story about the great hero of a fictional village called the Village Hidden In the Shadows. Arashi was inspired by the hero, how he was willing to be a hero that put everything on the line for his village and the good of the world. Although he was still jealous and reclusive, he had something to work for, and his performance at school was even better. However, the story started his obsession with becoming perfect, which was noted once he graduated. At the age of 12, he graduated, and is currently looking for a teacher.

Morals: Arashi believes that forcing people to do what they don't want is wrong, and being extremely loyal to whatever cause you're following is the right path in life.
Values: Arashi values hard work, happiness, freedom, and knowledge.
Boundaries: Arashi is more loyal to his village then the whole ANBU squad combined. Of course, that's an exagerration, but he does believe that Kirigakure are the good people, so he'd almost never cross them. However, since he is a Shinobi, and with his brother gone most of the time, it is up to Arashi to make sure the family is safe, and blood is always thicker then water. Plus, with his obsessiveness over knowledge, anything could happen.
Motto: "I must train..! So I can vanquish the darkness and Kirigakure can prosper over every village!"
Likes: * Training- In the pursuit of knowledge and becoming the hero of Kirigakure, Arashi has trained hard, even while in the academy. He enjoys figuring out better ways to train everyday.
* His Father- His father gave him a strong drive to become more then his peers, and taught him many things that would help give him an advantage in the academy, such as reading and basic math.
* Sweets- Arashi just likes the taste.
* Messing with people(Sometimes)- Sometimes, Arashi feels like he needs to mess with people, finding himself taking on a very condescending and arrogant nature just so he can piss people off. He enjoys the reactions found throughout most people.
* Being alone- Arashi likes being alone because he's just had bad experiences being around people. Once alone, it gives him a sense of comfort, and he can easily begin his training schedule.
* Killing- Being apart of the Bloody Mist, it's teachings haven't avoided Arashi at all. He enjoys taking people's lives, but he won't do it if it'll endanger the mission. It's somewhat of a guilty pleasure, but he has no qualms taking a life of enemies, and when facing them, he usually kills.
* Knowledge- Out of all of his likes, this is his most loved like, besides his father. Arashi is constantly in the pursuit of knowledge so he can become the hero of his village, and so all his tormentors can become jealous.
Dislikes: * His height- He hates, hates, hates his height, and it's a sensitive subject for him. It's the reason why he was bullied, and when someone makes fun of it, it's probably one of the few things that makes him lose his cool.
* The other villages- Arashi views the other villages as evil, but it isn't an intense hatred he has for them. He just realizes that Kirigakure will come out on top, and that the light will shine its way through the tunnel.
* Crowds- Crowds. Large crowds. He just despises them. People are all over him, he gets nervous, and he feels like pushing his way through them. He also dislikes being with five or more people, feeling that they'll interrupt his thinking process.
* Brother- He doesn't really dislike him..but, he is rather jealous of him because of his power. Because of his rank, he is usually out of the house, so it's likely this jealousy problem will never get resolved.
