Rank up to jounin gives 3 skill points and rank up to kage gives 5 (4 from ranking up section and 1 from opportunity bonus area) which come to a total of 10 skill points spending those skill points on 300+ CR which gives me a total of 1,100 CR

Rank up to jounin gives a sub specialty to specialty and 1 specialty to mastered so upgrading genjutsu to mastered. Rank up to kage gives 1 master specialty so getting mastered medical.

Whoa whoa whoa, do you really think a social topic in which you claim Takikage is really going to bring you to S rank. Even if you becoming the Takikage ranked you up which it won't you would only be A rank. This rank up is Denied because of the fact that saying you have a title does not give you the automatic strength of said title. So yes if your the Takikage by all means be the Takikage but you are still going to be B rank, claiming Kage will not change that.

Ermm, as for this rank up, or these rank ups rather.. I'm saying no. You may get the title of Kage and the political benefits from that topic, but I refuse to automatically give you rank ups and their benefits for not doing anything other than claiming an empty position. So yeah, if you wanna argue that, move higher up the food chain to an admin. That being said I'll let you decide what you wanna do about the jutsu thing

Um I talked to Big Bad about this and he said this was okay so whats the deal. As for the fight part it was his turn to post he didn't post for over 72 hours I 72 houred him therefore I win.

Well he was wrong then, the big deal is your not gonna get two rank ups just for claiming something icly which shouldn't even be allowed in itself. One does not simply walk in and claim a Kage spot it doesn't work like that >.<

So you can get kage by simply writing up a few words but one can't rank up to Kage by writting a few word from special jounin despite the fact that the only advantage compared to starting out is simply some extra SP.

Starting off as a Kage=/=Ranking up to Kage icly, two completely different things don't try to compare the two, if a Genin goes and did what your attempting to do does that give them Kage power. With your logic, just by claiming a rank icly which in itself isn't even legit you get a boost in power making you of Kage calibur. I didn't realize that when you type a few words in a social topic declaring a rank you receive Kage-like benefits. For one SP is not the only thing you get and you know that, ranking up yields you CR which alone is enough. So long story short this rank up and Kage claim is denied (icly if there wasn't a Kage logically the village elders would get together and choose the rightful candidate, and that would most likely be the Jounin of the village. So there's nothing else to this the claim ish denied.

As for the attempt to claim your reward in the ooc fight theres no way you can claim a 48hr on him whne "if your following Revy's ruling your last post is inaccurate as you were hit by his technique or whatever. So you can't 48hr him when your post is the one that's incorrect and not allowing him to post, so nobody has the W you edit your post and he will respond accordingly.

It gives you just as much cr as starting out would it does not give any other benefit other than SP. Not to mention I am not a genin now am I. I am a special jounin. Not to mention you gave no reason as to why the two aren't comparable.

As for the OOC thing Revy's ruling stated that I was paralyzed giving me nothing to do in my post therefore making it his post. Not to mention allowing people to edit their post in the first place when making a mistake or something goes wrong is stupid as then every time something bad happens you can go back and fix it as if you can turn back time.

It doesnt matter if youre a Genin right now or not. Using your logic, if I, an IC Genin, made a topic proclaiming myself Kage in a Kageless village, then I would also jump to Kage rank. No, its not working like that sorry. Jus cuz youre only jumping two ranks instead of the 4 ranks a Genin would jump, doesnt make the situation any different. Arguing your point is a waste of time.

As for the W, it was an OOC fight is why editing was the given course. According to what Tee said(not checking cuZ Im on my phone), you are the one who needs to edit. Jus cuz you dun believe editing should be allowed, doesnt mean you can refuse to so so and claim the win.
