So, someone made a mistake, I get it.

Oto is the only Minor Nation that has 2 Jounin Spots, while it should have only 1.


I am not going to point fingers at anyone (nor do I know who made the mistake).


But, I think the other 2 Minors should get 1 more Jounin Slot as well, it is only fair.

Or at least some sort of compensation.

I agree. I was hoping to start as a jounin, but none of the minor villages have 2 jounin spots except for Oto. I don't see why one should get an additional jounin spot when they are both minor and have the same exact number of people. Why wouldn't they all have two spots? o.o

Oto really doesn't have two spots...we had a guy apply and drop of the face of the planet. So that spot is really dead.
