Neikanzu stands at 5'10 at 180 pounds with a great deal of muscle on his lean frame. There are absolutely no tattoos on his body but rather several intricate scars running across his upper chest, incisions made via scalpel on his own doing for reasons that are none of your concern. He bears the trademark red Uzumaki hair which drapes down his shoulders. He has green eyes which pierce from among the silky red tapestry that flows from his head (what you would call his hair), and often wears a single plastic clip on ring for his delicate bridge of his nose. His face is is innocent bordering on childlike with no blemishes. Oddly enough, this shinobi wears lip gloss on his cute thin red lips.

Neikanzu insists on keeping up appearances and thus prefers professional attire at all times. This takes the form of an elborate often embroidered three piece suit complete with tie (Whirlpool symbol in the center) and an equally regal trench coat over it. The suits are made from a flexible but fine material allowing for optimal movement in style. He wears a ring on each finger of his left hand except the thumb. The pink ring has the Uzumaki Clan symbol, The ring finger another bears the Hidden Waterfall village symbol, the middle finger contains the Kanji (サド) , and finally the pointer contains the Kanji (苦). This ninja's dress shoes are never  worn or dirty but kept in the utmost care and of high quality and condition. Neikanzu is all around an incredibly neat person, and one would have to strain to find any flaw in his manner of dress or appearance.


Personality:

Psychopath
No other way to really get around it. Neikanzu is a psychopath of the worst order. He has no remorse or empathy, and cares little for the lives of others. In fact, the displeasure of others often bring him joy. He is largely anti-social and keeps to himself, although when he does interact with others it is to either harm them or advance his own personal interests. His tendencies towards savagery, violence, and inhumanity are kept in check by a simple countenance of aloofness. This serves to hide is insidious and psychopathic nature. He is a damn near amazing pathological liar who lies, cheats, and steals his way to the suffering of others. He fancies himself a god among men and demonstrates it not with words but actions.


Sadism
Neikanzu is mainly governed by self interest and whatever grandiose designs of self delusion he has created but sadism is a undeniable part of his character. It is not enough for him to succeed, others must fail, no, suffer even. Because suffering is an inevitable part of life Neikanzu sees it as his mission to bring it swiftly and harshly to as many people as possible. Naturally, he holds himself exempt from this view (thereby avoiding the trap of masochism) but derives intense satisfaction from the misery of other people in his village and abroad. He often takes own students merely to put them through hellish training only to fail them and drag their reputation through mud, or if he can rape then kill. Neikanzu is an expert at hiding his sadistic element to his personality so many just assume he is a functioning psychopath that is loosed on other villages at the Kage's bequest. Little do they know, Neikanzu is personally responsible for the murder and mutilation of more of his own people than his supposed 'enemies'. This is for no other reason than Neikanzu's compulsion to harm anyone who attempts to get close to him or get to know him.


Cunning
For all his bloodthirst and sexual deviance, Neikanzu is not mad but a rational and cunning. He is an expert at hiding his (lack of emotions) and often smiles, laughs, and jokes when he thinks its socially appropriating. Because as a child he knew he did not experience the things most humans did and so he learned how to mimic feelings and expressions to a tee. Neikanzu is a brilliant analyst, the sort to carefully consider his moves before excuting them as quickly and as efficiently as possible. W


Story:
Birth & Academy Years
Neikanzu was born to a tarnished household in the Uzumaki Clan. What his parents and their close kin did to alienate themselves from the rest of their Konoha Clansmen is a mystery to himself and almost everyone involved. The reality is that his parents were forced to relocate to Takigakure where they were allowed to continue living as shinobi. his mother died during childbirth quite horrifically, and his father was so depressed that he was almost totally absent from the young child's life except for providing the most basic of care to the infant Neikanzu. As Neikanzu got older his father was driven to drink and largely put on disability, relegated to a position of shame in the eyes of Taki and the Uzumaki Clan.

Genin
Neikanzu spent most of his time alone and training in the art of Taijutsu utilizing his impressive stamina to further his ninja skills (objects of power that would be used later in a variety of heinous crimes). His father was of little to know use, so he developed his skills with the help of a few teachers patient enough to help him and through rigorous practice and failure. He often hung out with members of Kumo's famed Kereko Clan picking up some of their Taijutsu moves and deploying them in combat. Neikanzu was on several ninja squads, five to be exact some had simply kicked him off due to his psychopathic tendencies and others simply died due to horrid instances of 'friendly fire'. Over time Neikanzu matured despite his young age and began to develop his personal philosophy revolving around sadism and mania.

Chuunin
Neikanzu had the honor of the highest kill count in a Chuunin Exams in over 50 years, at a whooping 67 beating the old record of 42. The grotesque manner upon which he mutilated his opponents with a devastating combination of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu frightened many village elders. His psychological profile was deemed unfit for Chuunin level service but he was passed on after an appeal on behalf of his Sensei at the time. His skills were on par but he was watched closely for further signs of psychopathy. The problem ninja thus learned to better hide his intent and began cultivating the necessary traits of a serial killer: deception and stealth. The sadist thus limited his more sadistic crimes to civilians particularly the homeless as well as orphans. He was quite adept at hiding his crimes and practiced the art of hiding the evidence or at least attributing his crimes to others.  

Jounin
The village leadership felt content keeping the wicked individual at an the post of Chuunin not wanting to afford the psychopath the opportunity to abuse genin or other budding minds. However, as Neikanzu grew older his skills were unmistakable and the burden of keeping a strong village mandated that all those capable of such responsibility share the weight. He was once more promoted with several caveats in the file including phrases like: 'Unfit for teaching duty', 'Therapist Sessions Necessary Post-Mission', and 'Full recommendation for mania suppressing drugs'. The newly appointed Jounin would have to be kept on a short leash, and Neikanzu accepted the offer as it would afford him certain privileges that would only further his ability to disseminate chaos and wickedness


Other Information

Family/Siblings: Neikanzu has lots of kin in the Uzumaki Clan but he does not particularly care for them nor does he even know them as they avoided him. He is an only child and whatever cousins, aunts, uncles, or grandparents that exist were never introduced to him and thus they are nameless faces on bodies that don't matter to him.
Morals: None. Literally.
Values: He values his own existence and his own ability to bring suffering and pain on others. The skills he possess as a shinobi are "cherished" in so far as they serve as the means to which he can effectively conduct instances of sadism and pain.
Boundaries: Neikanzu will never genuinely show mercy, care, love, tenderness, or any positive emotion as a reason to cease his ways. That is simply a line he isn't willing to cross. Sparing someone's life for any reason related to empathy is always out of the question Neikanzu.

Okay here are my problems with the app:No real reason for any of your personalities in your story.
If you take any of the taijutsu techs from the Kereko if they are not already in tai section they will have to be added under custom jutsu.
I would like a number for the kills in chunnin exams, we know its a highest in over 50 years but how big was said previous record
Both jounin positions for Kumo are taken so you will have to take a special jounin spot in Kumo or go to a different village. if you take special jounin you will have to change your specialties and skill points.
Put uzumaki as your bloodline.
