Description: The Tidal blade is a combat knife that has the unique ability to allow its user to cast water ninjutsu wherever they are. The way in which this happens is the user of the blade will either stab the floor into the ground or toss it up into the air in front of them. The user will then weave the needed handseals for the jutsu that they wish to use and the middle of the blade will become translucent, allowing for the blade to produce the amount of water needed by the user to cast the jutsu. The amount of chakra used by the user to cast a jutsu remains the same and once the user can no longer build up enough chakra to use jutsu, the ability of the blade is un usable. The blade itself is made of chakra conductive metal and it is a foot in length, while the hilt is 6 inches.
