For too long the crimes of a certain clan have plagued Iwagakure, it's members and the clansmen themselves. To any member of this certain clan, simply remaining in Iwa is a constant reminder of the chains that continuously oppress them, all but the higher ranking members of the clan of course. One person tried to abolish the oppression, but that only led to fear of change and civil war. Finally enough was enough, and this symbol of freedom felt broken, not being able to take anymore. Jin Jotetsu was his name, and the magnet element of the Jotetsu was his clan. Once he rose in power he took control of the clan that mistreated him for years, though nothing changed, the upper classes bastards simply ignored all of his orders. He fought verbally and physically for months to change things, but in the end even the lower classes did not accept him, for fear of the upper classed members and their hold. Enough was Enough, he had to leave. Start over and establish his clan in a new village, like a Queen Bee leaving her hive to start anew, though no working bees were following. Of course he wished his parents goodbye, his siblings and a few friends, but other than this few no one else knew of his leaving, and the people that knew wouldn't talk about his escape. At the gates the Jounin shows the guardsmen a scroll regarding a mission he had "registered" for. Goodbye Iwa, you lifeless bitch.

What gives, the weather’s so crappy, and rain? Since when did rain become a routine? To top it off, it’s not even normal rain, it’s sticky gunk from hell, aghhh! I need a drink,” the boy spoke in a low, grouchy tone, lamenting the unfortunate climate his village had been subject to for the past few weeks. The appearance of the rain and its viscous property was random and unexpected, almost something of a plague for the citizens of Iwagakure; the phenomenon sparked bizarre rumours, like retribution of the gods for lack of devotion and his favorite, the return of the Sage of Six Paths. How absurd, there wasn’t even the slightest bit of sense or logic in that premise. Then again, who could blame them? The malicious rain pouring down from the skies was starting to corrupt whatever was left of their sanity.

He subtly stuck his hand out the window of the joint, his wishful thinking inciting his act of defiance against the crowd, the ever-growing group who cowered away from the rain and opted to slack indoors. The rain, usually a sight for the kids to behold and a time for rustic shenanigans, had veered from its course of cultivating morale amongst the villagers to demoralizing and essentially halting activity in the village. The village streets were covered with mud, so no one sane dared to go outside and mingle or engage in activity. The Aburame, unfortunately, was becoming one of them; although he endorsed the lifestyle of slackers and undemanding routines, even this was a bit too much.

Why, why us? Why! Even the heavens have concealed their faces from us, hidden away behind those ominous clouds,” Chinou sulked, retracting his soaked hand from the aperture as he gazed wistfully into the clouded sky. There was nothing left to do but watch and wait, hopefully the Tsuchikage would soon be back to rescue his beloved people from the calamity they faced. Wait a minute, he soon came to a realization, rectifying his posture as he awoke from his stupor. the Tsuchikage is gone? He left us… he left the village, even our Kage has abandoned us! AGH, we’re hopeless, he soon sank back down onto his knees, resting upon the window sill. The Genin sobbed silently, his nature and reasoning beginning to decay like the spirits of his fellow shinobis had.

And you bastards are competent drinking yourselves to sleep, slacking in here all day, futile, he mumbled under his breath, bringing himself up to stand as he proceeded to leave the Inn, jumping out the window and immediately embedded himself onto the parched wall of the building. Before him was a puddle of sludge he had no intention of walking through, his hygiene a priority before any daring feats he was bent on taking on. “Maybe I didn’t think this through. I should really stop being so high-strung with my brilliant ideas,” he lectured himself, as he contemplated on his alternatives. He glanced back at the window, decidedly wanting to retire back into the snug shelter, only to witness a kid latch the doors shut, chuckling mischievously.

Little brat! Window is out of the equation… now what?” he sighed and simply stared ahead at his inevitable predestination. He took a step forward and another, then another and as his tolerance of the muck streets coupled with his vigilant composure and heightened awareness cultivated, he soon began walking casually through the mud-filled streets. “Worth every money I make off these missions I’m about to take on! Those lazy bastards will have nothing to do by the time I’m finished. Who gets to laugh last now? Taha!” Chinou chuckled cruelly as would maneuver his way back to the Kage’s office, his journey cut short by the sighting of the white-haired prodigy.

Jin-sama? Looks like I’m not the only one up and about today. I wonder what he’s up to. Maybe he's going to save us! Is he going to stop the rain? Aww man, Jin-sama is so cool. I wonder if I dyed my hair white... The Aburame stopped his advance towards the Jounin, his yellow-coated, bespectacled figure waving from his distance of fifty meters away as he called out, acknowledging and saluting the pale-skinned Jounin. “Jin-Sama! What’re you doing out in this horrid weather?!” he inquired curiously, given the circumstances of the village and the virtually empty streets. Chinou figured he was the only one sane - insane enough to trek in the sticky, hot drizzling climate. The village gates were ways behind the two, so a theory of the Jounin possibly abandoning the village had yet to cross the young Aburame's mind.

Getting out of Hazzard County Empty
PostSubject: Re: Getting out of Hazzard County    Getting out of Hazzard County Empty4/6/2014, 4:30 pm

As the sky continued to curse the earth with rain, the young Jounin continued to trek through the warm water droplets. Many things on his mind, but his body always on alert mode like guards in Metal Gear once they spot Snake. It would seem as if the man hovered above the mud, his gymshoes were only slightly affected, thanks to his basic ninja training. An umbrella rested in Jin's hand, opened and blocking his face and mid from the rain. Maybe it wasn't the smartest idea to leave at this time, but then again who would follow him? Of course sometimes jumping to conclusions creates unforeseen events...

'SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!' Jin heard distant footsteps, they weren't close but they were incoming. He had already began to leave the village, could whomever was behind these footsteps after him? Maybe another ninja had begun a mission and wanted to walk with him? Once the man catches sight of this person who had stood in front of the gates, he noticed that it was some random ninja. A brown skinned boy around his height, headband on head was about 50 meters away from him and screamed "Jin-Sama! What’re you doing out in this horrid weather?!"

Who the hell was this kid? He looked grown, but not yet an adult. He had a yellow coat, so maybe he was planning on going somewhere today. Jin was still feeling this dude was suspect right now though. While the Jounin was known around the village, he always kinda kept to himself and didn't really talk to people he didn't know, so someone approaching him made him uneasy. So what was the gameplan? Can't attack a random person, but he really had to get away from this village, the same village that brought so much pain. 'I'll just shoo him off.' He thinks to himself. While the kid was talking though, Jin had still be trekking along, closing the distance between the two. Once the Jounin had been about 10 feet away from the kid he'd open his mouth and speak loud enough for him to hear, but in a soft tone.

"I'm going on a mission, uhhhh, sorry I don't know your name. I'm actually heading out on an important mission, you can follow me to the gates if you like but I really must be on my way now kid. See ya." Jin says while still walking and eventually passing the boy. The Jounin really had to be on his way you see, so small talk wasn't what he wanted to do at this moment. This should be so surprising that a higher ranked officer was shunning off a lower ranked shinobi to do his mission, this kid was basically preventing him from doing his job. And since the papers the man had said S-Ranked, this had to be completed with haste. While still paying close attention to his surroundings the Jounin kept his ears open and his eyes ahead of him on the gates, watching the guards that were looking at the Jounin and this kid. If the kid tried anything foolish the guards would reactive immediately, letting Jin know to protect himself. These guards were always on alert mode apparently, just like Jin's senses. Even if the kid would speak the man would continue his trek towards the gate, ignoring basically anything he said, unless he hinted that the boy was on some bullshit, then he'd react. Once at the gates Jin would show the guards his documents and continue on his way through the gates and off to another land, but again, he was always on alert mode in case anything changed.

PostSubject: Re: Getting out of Hazzard County    Getting out of Hazzard County Empty4/12/2014, 12:41 pm

Shira arrived back in the disgusting village, today it was extra disgusting. It was hot and it was raining. The muds sank in ankle deep and made this horrible sucking noise on every labored step. The heat coupled with the rain made the skin sticky and humid but Shira had chosen to wear his Straw hat found in Konoha, brown and the only mark showing it belonged to him. He wore an overcoat of brown, protecting him from the rain. "Hideaki-sama!! Hideaki-sama!" The gate guards though not all were quick to come to him. A single hand and its formation was all that was needed for what happened next. Annoyed with their persistence, He raised his unoccupied left palm forward demanding them to stop their movements and stand where they were. All would have to abide by his will regardless of who they were. He was the Great Nindaime of Iwagakure head and only living member of the Hideaki clan. Their ability to move was not their own choice physically or by will. The guard who was behind him would be able to freely move.

The High gates walls of Iwagakure were made of pure heavy stone, able to withstand even the highest of fire powers. The entrance to the gate was a Narrow and long one, they all stood where they were, some of them looking at their Kage, stand hopelessly as he had willed and commanded them. That was a perk of being who he was, all that annoyed him he could tell them to halt per se. He looked at all those he had marked, a personal Stigma he had placed upon them. Should they annoy him in the future they would see the short stick of life. All of them belonged to him, in the exact same way the hat from Konoha had belonged to him. He walked further in with his guide right behind him, he had to weave from his center position to pass the 3 or 4 guards who were quick to follow him. The gate was 2 meters in width, allowing for 4 men to walk through without touching one another. It was a strategical gate, a few men could hold vast numbers.

Shira had not even walked 5 meters or when he had come across a Jounin and a 2 gate guards looking at him and in another direction other than their Kage. They would simply stand their as Shira's command had willed. This was supposed to the Jounin with a special bloodline. He had an ability to control what was metal, quite interesting at the time. "By the order of the Kage and the Elders all missions have been suspended. The Sticky Rain is not of Iwagakure weather and an enemy threat is possible. The village will be closed until further notice." The only other moving soul in the gate would speak. Ah right he thought to himself. I have to be a Kage. " Please man your posts and see to your duties. The village will be open once again." Shira didn't remember any S-rank missions being assigned to other than Tyko and Silas. Meh the elders probably. He placed his straw hat on the Jounin. "Stay dry Shirokami." The man had really cool white hair as opposed to his black hair. Shira moved further down the gate which was not all that far off now, the total length was around 10 meters.

Shira would walk further away before running into more guards who came to his attention. "Hideaki-sama! Where have you been! The elders are looking for you! They want you back urgently!""Yellow-coat kun! Come here." He would refer to Chinou, who was walking towards the gate. He called to him.

Getting out of Hazzard County Empty
PostSubject: Re: Getting out of Hazzard County    Getting out of Hazzard County Empty4/13/2014, 4:11 pm

The Jounin had maintained his pace towards Chinou, his strange commitment to his course an enigma that puzzled the Aburame. Detached and seemingly introverted, one of his flippant idols had disregarded him, as though he was the scum of the village. There wasn’t even a smile or a form of sincere tenderness towards the Genin who had so eagerly saluted the white-haired sensation with optimism and adoration, but instead, his thrilled recognition of Jin Jotetsu was met with disparagement; like a kid downhearted by the ill revelation of his idol, Chinou was discouraged. So the young shinobi simply watched as the Jounin embarked on his alleged important mission.

He didn’t even know my name. He called me a kid. Jin-sama is definitely not cool, not cool at all. I hope you die on your mission you jerk! his negative trail of thought continued , overreacting like the emotional girl he could sometimes become, a transition he had no control over, he was human afterall and before he realized he was condemning a fellow Iwagakure shinobi, it was too late. His thoughts had increasingly become suggestive with indictable intentions to which he steadily stirred to, bringing his hands to his head to soothe his frenzied brute with light strokes to the temple.

But then he got over it, regaining his composure even if it was marginally, for it still poured and the high temperature only got intense by the minute; probably because he wore a coat. He had playful heroes for a reason, he didn’t really take them seriously, and they were just there to entertain his otherwise tedious routine. Situations like these only served to give him credible, dynamic character – one he could boastfully dictate to his peers, and the more he allowed himself to be emotionally entwined in these escapades, the more believable they became. Otherwise, Chinou was simply too self-loyal and apathetic to care about idols and frivolous pursuits of the like.

He had better things to concern himself about, such as the safety and flourishing of his beloved village, so when Mr. Jotetsu supposedly tried to justify his necessity of departure from the village as the outcome of an important mission, it gave cause for alarm, the Aburame’s already spirited consciousness ascending into new heights of deliriousness; perhaps not exactly crazed, but rather alarmed, to say the least. Although he believed the ruse for a moment, the subsequent plunge of his forged, yet still authentic admiration for the Jounin after being blown off caused unnecessary close speculation of Jin Jotetsu and his character; the attention leading to multiple theories ultimately leading to the young Genin’s conclusion to treason.

Chinou, however, had no evidence to his blasphemous accusation of treason, so he attempted to find one before the suspected felon escaped. Then he realized he had been absorbed with his thoughts this whole while and had forgotten to make use of the sacred freedom of speech. Usually, such a lengthy absence of a voice that had been so jubilant not too long ago would, under normal circumstances, incite one to turn around and confirm his state of wellness, but Jin Jotetsu kept on his march towards the gates, determined to leave … and complete this so-dubbed mission of grave importance.

Is he really that focused on his task that he doesn’t even check up on me? Huh, are we really that adamant about orders? I hope I don’t act like that! he tried to credit his village’s Jounin with the rock-hard attitude of Iwagakure shinobis, simply for the sake of Jin Jotetsu being a shinobi of Iwagakure just like he was. The heat was probably just messing with his insight. They were comrades until the Jounin declared himself no longer part of his treasured village, so he gave it a rest, his facade emerged once more and he excused the Jounin’s distasteful conduct and waved good-bye.  “Be careful Jin-sama! Return-” the rest of his parting words faded out, unintelligible, the sighting of an even greater shinobi the cause of Chinou’s case of tied tongue.

The Aburame too began his advancement towards the gates that where distanced, but still in range to hear the Kage call out to him shortly. His feet still bulldozed through the filthy street as though he’d forgotten his basic training at the academy. It was something about nature that intrigued and fascinated the young Aburame. He wasn’t afraid of which critters inhabited the mud soaking his naked, sandaled-feet, in fact he embraced them. They would cause him no harm, maybe tickle a bit here and there but ultimately, these critters were innocent and harmless. The enigma surrounding the Genin’s abnormal relation which nature would have surely elevated upon the execution of his next action.

Chinou, distracted from his previous prying on the village’s gates and the discussion between the Kage, guards and Jin-sama crouched and retrieved a worm from the dirty stream amongst the tiny rocks before him, standing up to intimately analyze the wriggling creature around his right hand. It seemed as though his interest in the events transpiring about the gates had diminished, until he continued his walk towards the gates, contorting his hand in various directions to follow the same circular path the worm unknowingly traversed. “So adorable, you little wittle e-” he whispered to no one in particular, his commentary of adulation and cuddling again interrupted by the Kage, to which he straightened his posture and made his way hastily to the side of Hideaki-sama.

With hands pocketed only after the little creature was set free into his habitat, Chinou bowed to his Kage and welcomed him back home gleefully, “Hideaki-sama, welcome back home! How can I be of assistance?

Getting out of Hazzard County Empty
PostSubject: Re: Getting out of Hazzard County    Getting out of Hazzard County Empty4/14/2014, 4:56 am

((Let the moaning begin))

This kid was fucking weird man... Jin continued walking all calm and shit, and the kid just kept annoying him. The Joutetsu leader totes ignored him but that wasn't enough. The distance between the two was like... 5 meters apart, the Aburame kid standing to Jin's right and about 2 meters behind him. Apparently Jin had angered the boy because his breathing and heart rate increased as if he was going into a blind rage. All of a sudden, the Aburame kid began to pound his own head, which was weird as hell, but whatever. Jin just made sure the kid didn't like freak out and attack him, and would block anything he could try to muster with relative ease... but footsteps approaching made him change his focus. The pair were still inside the gates, about 5 meters away from the guards. The flashing of the mission info and stuff was already over and if not for the newcomer, Jin would have continued his stride.

It appeared that Jin's great escape had come to a halt. Beyond the magnificent gates a figure appeared, one that brought displeasure to the young jounin's usually calm self, though by the way Jin kept his composure you couldn't tell he was upset. His breathing and pulse were calm, movements steady, he was normal whilst looking at this new coming. It was none other than the Tsuchikage himself, about 10 meters ahead of Jin and the kid. A young man by the name of Hideaki Shira, one of the last members of the Hideaki Clan. The young Joutetsu leader knew much about him, but never really had the time to become close with that guy. That's not saying they weren't on a first name basis... the pair were just not besties. Now the million dollar question... should Jin fight the Kage, this little kid and all the guards at the gate? Or should he just go home and leave another day? The choice actually was kinda hard, he was so adamant about leaving, but he didn't want to cause any harm over his own selfish reasons. Might be time to bite the bullet and just go home, even if his family will laugh at him.

A soft sigh would escape his mouth as he began to approach the kage. It was once the Raikage Tsuchikage began to form a hand seal that the Jounin's calmness totally shifted to alert mode. Now Jin had no idea what the hell the Kage was trying to do, but anytime someone forms a handseal it would be wise to act accordingly. Once the Kage's hands touched beginning his seal, the Jounin's hand seal would also have been formed, moving him with furious speeds away from the men. The whole raising his hand forward thing would give Jin more than enough time to clear the space and appear 50 meters behind the exact location of Jin's previous standing, still safely inside the village. Hideaki apparently stunned his own Genin, which left Jin clueless and not very pleased.

"Uhhhhh, yooo... Hideaki. I know we aren't best friends but what's up with you trying to stun me? Is this over the whole Joutetsu Clan bullshit? Because I've been trying to get them to stop complaining to the elders about all the reforms, they really dislike me." Jin would kinda yell from his safe location, calm yet ready for whatever. His arms folded, Jin grinned as he spoke, giving a light demeanor.

"By the order of the Kage and the Elders all missions have been suspended. The Sticky Rain is not of Iwagakure weather and an enemy threat is possible. The village will be closed until further notice.

'Yep, I'm going nowhere...' Jin thought to himself. Who the fuck would attack Iwa? The village was kinda shitty, not like there would be much to take. The women are mostly fat, the booze sucks and God at this moment Jin actually wished he did just hop the goddamn gate and leave, not even to defect, just take a fucking vacation.

OOC: Now here is why Kidbushido fails to dodge but in fact gets stunned straight in the face. There are a few reasons but I'm only going to show you three. 1st is why Kid reacts to me and 2nd how he reacts to me. Kid says he saw me use two hands to form the seals.
Quote :
Once the Kage's hands touched beginning his seal,
However! I only use one hand to perform my seals as was the Skill I purchased.
Quote :
A single hand and its formation was all that was needed for what happened next.

I never gathered my two hands together to perform seals in anyway hence Kid saw what did not happen. Which means he does not react as no such action happens. The jutsu casts Kid does not react and bam stunned.

Another Reason is kid's reaction itself which is moot at this point since he would not have reacted anyhow. The ground is sticky from the rain. Both Chinou and I explicitly state the ground difficult to walk through normal means.

Hideaki wrote:

The muds sank in ankle deep and made this horrible sucking noise on every labored step
Chinou wrote:

Kid doesn't take into account for such and hence his bodyflicker( the jutsu I presumed he used to make his escape) would have been delayed even for a short while. However the 2nd point is not so important as Kid failed to properly react to my actions. Hence Stunned.

IC:

Hideaki's Jutsu had struck all that lay within the tunnels leaving only Himself, the Chuunin behind himself and the Genin named Chinou safe. His steps would be light, mastering his way through the sticky mud with a bit of added chakra to his feet. Such was the way of a Kage, though those other than him seemed to have forgotten their basics of training. With all of them stunned and Marked with his special seals as he stated above. Hideaki would have weaved through them, his body due to the clan's Raijin state, surrounded him by what appeared to be static remains of white lightning, it flickered around him, a dangerous glow it was. He would have delivered his speech after the Chuunin declared the status of the village. He walked past the Jounin, placing his straw hat on his head. "Stay dry Shirokami.

With that the Kage would have exited the Tunnels, Chinou being some distance away. "Hideaki-sama!" More had crowded towards him, he did not want to deal with them for now. It was probably the usual, the elders wish to see you. It always was, though it was their Job Hideaki would have none of it. This time two hands were used to create handseals, with lightning still surrounding his body his feet would rise above the ground, his covered sandals no longer touching the dirty patches of mud. He floated a good distance up, the area around him dangerously flickering as they threatened to conduct through the rain. It was the flight technique that freed Hideaki of the usual chains of gravity. He needed to leave the area, his lightning was not so friendly to his allies, if he stayed he would electrocute all his Shinobi. He felt kinda like a blue electric bug zapper.

He would call out to Chinou-kun, the boy absorbed in something squirming in his hand "Yellow-coat kun! Come here." It must have been the Aburame Genin, what was his name? It had something to do with wind, he was sure of it. "The rain is going to come down harder and harder! ah! stay dry! Come have hot Dango!" On both accounts it was true. The rain did appear to be coming down harder and he needed to see the elders before he went to have some food. Such was his nature, inviting the youngers for food. He remembered a time when he was always hungry. With all the money he had he often spent time buying food to those around him. Ah Wind! Chinook! Chinou? Chinou! "Chinou-kun! Bring your Genin friends if you want. Ah! I'm going to go see the elders first to get the village back to normal" With that he would rapidly fly away, rising higher and further away.

((OOC: Well I can partially understand the hand seals point of view, but one would surmise that with your raising a single hand and contorting it into what appears to be a hand seal should be enough for me to notice and react as if you were using both hands, plus the small electrical discharge and the actual aiming your hand forward to halt should give me more than enough time to notice and react with my extreme speeds. Also the mud isn't doing much because, and I quote, I've stated

Alright on the mud part. However Handseals can't give you that one and it's not like you take such variables into account. Stunned.

I think seeing your hand contorting into what appears to be an Ox seal would set off an alarm. I'd notice every slight movement you made, I'm still on alert mode, I'm ready for anything to happen.))
