Requirements: Masamune can be wield by any person but it true power only unlocks when a mastered Bukijutsu user uses it. This weapon shine bright like the moon and release Symbols around the weapon, the symbols change by the Nature of the user (Elemental Nature).
Description: Masamune it's a Katana that has several Abilities which make the weapon unique. The first ability of Masamune it's that symbols appear in the blade, this symbols can be use in different ways. If a Fire user has Masamune the blade will glow read and take fire symbols with the user can use any Kenjutsu technique what involve fire, same thing with the other four elements. Another ability of the Masamune it's that if a non elemental user wields it the symbols will appear but they will be used as Fuuinjutsu, to seal chakra point and weaken the opponent. The last ability of Masamune it's that it can stretch it's size by absorbing the users chakra. But it gets weaker also harder to wield, harder to make a proper attack. The weapon can do it's special ability, the user needs to use about a A-rank amount of chakra for the weapon to use that ability.
Appearance/Picture: An iconic weapon in the world, the Masamune is easily recognizable due to its length as a Japanese odachi blade. The design and color of the tsuba (guard) and tsuka (hilt) have varied from appearance to appearance, alternating between blue and gold and entirely black. The blade's exact length varies; usually measuring at least as long as Silver is tall or slightly longer, which would make it approximately six-to-eight feet long. Silver's Masamune has become one of the most iconic swords in search for power.

Does this detract from the user's chakra?

How does using the chakra nature give a speed/power boost, and do all natures work the same

Still going to need a clear-cut (excuse the pun) way of identifying who is "right" and "wrong" for the blade, because clearly you'll be "right", how does anyone else become "right" or "wrong" to use the blade? Perhaps a specific bloodline, jutsu and/or simply having a speciality (or derivative) rank in weaponry?
