Chakra

So, I used my Skill Points to get +200 chakra.

According to the training rules you can train CP until you reach the CP of the rank that comes after what you are now (Chuunin for Genin and such).

I got way over a Chuunin's level with that +200.


Does this mean I can't do any training to get more chakra? o-o

Or, what?

In my honest opinion from what I've thought about so far because I have thought about the skill point to training chakra capacity problem, I always figured that the extra chakra given through skill points is simply stacked upon what chakra you have NOW. Therefore, you can still train your "base" chakra as regulated by the rules and add that extra skill point oriented chakra like a "boost" or "stack."

I think this would be more fundamentally appropriate because it kind of makes more sense based on how training your chakra supply works. If you can't train chakra above the next rank, then how on earth could you use skill points to have chakra higher than the base of the next multiple ranks?

So, with my final say I'd assume you can train your "base" chakra up to its maximum appropriate level based on the rules and simply add on the extra chakra capacity given to you from skill points. This is my opinion and what I assume to be more logical and if anyone thinks otherwise it would be nice if they stated why.

That's what I thought, but I was not quite sure.

My assumption and basis I have been working on is that you have a base chakra then additional Chakra through purchase or Clan bonus and such. The two are separate but exist in one pool. You can still upgrade you chakra through training to reach your maximum (the next level). This has to be correct as I have been increasing my Chakra pool as such and staff has been approving it.
