There he was, Hideaki Shira of Iwagakure. Once again wondering off on his own business. He wasn't a great Kage, always slacking in his duties and never committing to scheduled meetings. It was not something he shied away from nor was it the fact that the man found it tedious. The sole reason why the man did not do his duties as the Leader of Iwagakure was not for his incompetence but simply because the man did not have it in mind. The daily signing and listening to the elders was something distant from him, something he ignored when he could. Though one should say the two elders which ran the village in his stead had the knack of making him listen. Shira however had a greater knack to escape his duties, always being lost in his own world, the man was a poor Kage, perhaps a great Squad Leader and beautiful master mind of many war campaigns but the man was simply not cut out to be a Kage. Here he was, walking outward from his village, traveling South Eastern Direction. His scraped Armour, the scarf and the usual works. He had a mission for himself.

Once again, he had returned, his timing earlier than anticipated. His Journey was supposed to have had him go all the way to the land of iron. The place where the Samurai forged master swords, it would appear however that he only needed to go to Konoha. It was a good day, he had met a ravaging hot red head, ate Konoha's famous Ramen and would seen lay his hands on a strange and wonderful blade. Iwagakure, by sage was it one of the most ugly landscapes. Even the scolding hot sands of Sunagakure had some beauty to it at night but Iwagakure? It was lumpy and bouldering with its rocks and mountains. Yet, it was where Hideaki had grown up and the same place he had shed blood the most. Ironically.

As he approached his home a Iwa shinobi came running towards him. "Hideaki-sama! The elders have called for a state of emergency and have requested everyone to return to the village and lock the village down! The village has seen a strange sticky rain and till we can determine the source or that it is not a threat everyone has been ordered to stay within the village!" Well... that was annoying but Hideaki had better listen to the elders. Rain? Luckily he was wearing the straw hat that he had marked with his seal of lightning. He walked with his single Shinobi guard back to Iwa.
