Name: Rizumu Hyuuga

Appearance: Rizumu has brown hair. His hair is and slightly long. It does not pass his shoulders ever. In fact, it rarely goes down to his neck. Somewhere in between those lines is usually when he gets a haircut. His hair is quite thin and capable of getting long in this way without being all bushy and irritating.
He has caucasian skin and does not get overly tan. He used to have freckles at a younger age, but he's losing them, so you just see these faded spots on his cheeks. He has kind of big ears maybe a little. His nose is kind of small and pointed. His eyes are normal and resemblant of a Hyuuga's with there pale, pupilless whiteness.
Rizumu wears a green suit-jacket outfitted for battle. He wears faded green pants as well. His undershirt is white of course: usually unbuttoned past the first one or two, and certainly no tie. You could get choked if you wore a tie or a bow-tie in the life of a ninja!
Personality: Rizumu is, at his core, a quite relaxed, calm sort of person. He does not get wound up over a stressful work-load, though he does prefer to keep things as lax as he can. When under immense pressure of danger, he keeps his head and does not succumb to fear or anxiety. He is "calm in the pocket" as they say, and believes a clear mind is the best mind. Inhibiting yourself over stress is just a waste of potential.
Loyalty is a core virtue for Rizumu. Though he loves his Village Hidden in the Waterfall, this does not necessarily mean he's a total patriot. What I mean when I specify loyalty is to his friends and comrades. So, I guess, in a way, he is loyal to Takigakure, but that loyalty stems from the people living within it that he cherishes. But yes, Rizumu would die for his friends in a heartbeat. His since of morals are utterly flexible to aiding his companions.
Rizumu is not known for his patience. He likes to be engaged in something hands-on. If there's a lot of waiting around for something, he isn't fond of being idle. This is often seen as problematic for his character because it is juxtaposed with his relaxed-nature. He finds himself in a tug-of-war between wanting to have fun and wanting to stay chill. So, he'll keep himself occupied, or keep trying to keep things moving, without over-doing it.
Rizumu is nice. I don't know. He's a nice guy. If someone's getting picked on, he'll probably try to help. He thinks people should pick on folk their own size, you know? However, if someone is his size, Rizumu will take things for himself (or, more likely, his friends). He's not one for being cruel without reason. He does not find compassion to be a weakness, but something that only the strong can indulge in without inhibition.
Story: So far, Rizumu hasn't been that interesting. He was born in the Hyuuga Clan and grew up with a typical mother and father. Showing promise at an early age, he was trained by his father in the art of Taijutsu at an early age, before the Academy. Rizumu was good in physical combat, but he showed even more prowess in the manipulation of his spiritual chakra. Going to the Academy became a necessity; Rizumu's father did not know Ninjutsu.
In the academy, Rizumu did pretty well when practicing skills. He often struggled doing the more tedious, written-work, as he wasn't very prone to tasks that didn't have you active and doing something. However, he graduated on-time and with pretty good grades. He made a few friends there, including many of our current and upcoming Takigakure Genin. He grew to respect and make acquaintances out of many.
Since becoming a Genin, Rizumu has only done typical low-rank missions. This was advised by the village itself, as they send new Genin on run-of-the-mill missions. Rizumu doesn't particularly mind this. Though he can be impatient and impulsive, he does not necessarily have an addiction to adventure or something. Though enjoying the easy life of the low-ninja for now, Rizumu anxiously awaits his time to prove himself to his village, himself, and, most importantly, his friends!

Family/Siblings: He has a Mommy and a Daddy, but they aren't really important.
Morals: Rizumu's probably around the "True Neutral" scale of things. He does not go out of his way to be evil, and might even try saving the day here and there. But, for his friends, he can bend the rules (for better or worse), or for a personal vendetta of great importance.
Values: Rizumu values his buddies. He'd risk his life a billion times for their well-being, because he's such a nice guy.
Boundaries: Rizumu probably wouldn't betray his friends. Social-loyalty is pretty big with him-- not for his village, but for his comrades/friends: yup.
