The Iwa Gates

Standing behind the Iwagakure gate was quite impressive. Roughly five yards out from the entrance to the village, Tyko spoke out demanding several lower ranked officers to open the gate and allow this man to leave. Like worker ants the shinobi dashed into their positions, this rocky environment gave plenty of platforms to take advantage of. To open the gates required several soldiers as it was a gigantic structure entirely composed of dense earth. Shouting into the air with their voices the shinobi began opening the village gates slowly, using a thickened rope as leverage with pulleys. The gates did not open smoothly, and roughly scrapped the surface of the ground which generated a crumbling noise. Hopping back for a moment, Tyko took this time to check his inventory and gain the mental stability required to complete such a mission. During his walk to the gates which were now open before him, Tyko received a stroll from a messenger hawk in secret. It listed the specifics of this mission.

Looking back briefly Tyko still didn’t see his Genin counterpart which he told to tag along with him. If he was hiding or simply followed from a distance Tyko did not care. His entire motivation now was to secure Iwagakure at all costs. A bulge in Tyko’s pocket reminded him of his mission, and how he would open the scroll once he got going. Now that the gate was open, this robbed a single obstacle from his pathway. Raising a hand at the two throngs of ninja which operated the village gate, they returned an honorary solute wishing the Jounin great luck with is mission. Raising his voice Tyko spoke with enthusiasm and charisma to rob the crowd, “For Iwagakure I will ensure the security of our border, and execute the wishes of the Tsuchikage without fail. Have faith and I Density Release Tyko from the Ladon Bloodline will prove what it means to serve one’s country. For IWA!!!”

The throng of Shinobi surrounding Tyko sounded off in an amazing uproar. Hesitating to remove his hand from the air, and basking in the affection of his troops he darted off into the distance ready to intercept whoever trespassed on Land of Earth.

A group of Shinobi scouts that stood atop the massive Iwagakure Gates were suddenly startled. They perceived Tyko from a distance as he carried with him parts of a Shinobi he had just intercepted. In one of his hands he carried the lower halve of two legs, his other arm supported the remainder of the intruder’s body. Hoisted on Tyko’s shoulder he could still feel the man’s heart beating. Impressively the bleeding from the cut came to a miraculous stop as though the man had regenerated himself. It saved Tyko the trouble of cleaning all the blood from his clothes at least, and it meant that they still had a chance to retrieve information from this individual. Tyko would not begin his investigating until he was within the confines and security of the village. Leaping with their Shinobi prowess the Iwa-nin from above joined Tyko half way before he made it to the gate. Retrieving the severed legs from Tyko’s care, and escorting him into the village gates as they opened with grace.

Tyko could hear the unease as his mission was completed in a record breaking time. Whispers could be heard flowing throughout the throngs of shinobi as word quickly spread. Tyko was already known for his exploits during the Warring States Era, completing an S-Rank mission in this fashion was quite stunning to his peers. Naturally those who were jealous probably had a lot of shit that came from their mouths. They would even come up with conspiracy theories about what happened. The fact remained however that Tyko carried this body all the way back to the village using his density release to make it easier. It was apparently a great engagement for Tyko. Crossing into the village, Tyko headed directly to the nearest medical facility, wondering if this body could tell him anything.
