Something like that would be interesting as villages have monthly income based their Star Ratings.

I see no reason why not. Gonna bring this up to the parli but I don't see why this would be limited only to generic things we offer (such as stronger walls, bigger bank, whatever...). It would be awesome if Kages could add a little uniqueness to their village with custom upgrades (that normally need to be reviewed by staff).
