This is your happy go lucky founder, and I'd like to take a moment to talk to you about Academy Jutsu's

There was some confusion over if ninja start out with Basic E-Rank Jutsu's

Upon a longer than anticipated discussion with staff, I'm proud to say, all Academy (listed here) jutsu's are free, and if you purchased them, you just ask for a refund.
