Requirements: Can only be used by Alistair or a ninja who is trained to use the hammer. NOTE: Ninja's who are trained to use the hammer must be trained IC, or the hammer's weight differences will effect them to a large degree and the weapon will prove useless to them. I recommend that this training requirement have a word count equivalent to a A-Ranked mission word count requirement. For example, how about 300 per post, 7 posts per user in the topic. 1 on 1 training would come down to 2100 minimum word count for both the trainee and the trainer. I would not have to do this training, but if anyone else were to use the hammer, or if it were to be passed down, the next user would have to do the training.
Description: The weapon can grow and shrink on command. The Hammer's head can grow to the size of a small building (max of 30 meters for the drum's diameter and 45 meters for the drum's length.) and can shrink down to the size of a regular hammer. The drum cannot break the 2meter/3meter ratio regardless of it growing or shrinking. The handle can get longer up to a limit that I would prefer to be as long as possible due to it being used for travel and combat but i will let staff determine that limit. The weight of the hammer isn't felt by the owner of the hammer, but will be felt in the damage inflicted and by any other projected user trying to wield it. This weight does effect the way the air drags the weapon's speed. Bigger weapon, more air drag. Any damage done to the hammer with become bigger/smaller along with the hammer as it changes sizes.
Appearance: Depicted in the supplied image. There is a cross that extends off of the top of the hammer, which is not depicted in the image.

Air Drag or Air Resistance is the counterbalance to travel in air for object. Bigger the object, and flatter the surface traveling through the air the slower it is naturally going to go due to colliding with fluid particles in the air. By including air drag in the description I was simply stating that air drag would influence the weapon's travel speed in air the bigger the hammer is, regardless of the weight that is felt by the user.

Also there is no separating of abilities necessary for the weapon. The hammer grows and shrinks, simple as that. If you want to put a chakra cost to it sure I understand that. But changing size is the point of the weapon, if it has to be separate abilities i could just make a damn jutsu for it can save a ton of ryo.

As for your whole staff doesn't just decide all the limits bs, If i'm not sure what rank will get the weapon passed I will put A or S on the rank and let the staff member decide. It is your job to help with decisions, if you are going to lol and scoff at decisions you frankly don't deserve the responsibility you have been given.

Hi Alistair, I'll be checking your weapon today because Mack doesn't have the ability to do such a simple thing without throwing a hissy fit.

I believe that the abilities of growth should be an ability, but I highly recommend you create techniques for that because it would be a waste of money and with techniques you could utilize it with all your weapons and not just the hammer.

Would you mind lowering the rank of your weapon? It doesn't effect the power, but it's not necessarily very mighty and powerful and such. It's more of a simple "hammer and wire" kind of thing. I do like the concept and find it very appealing that someone could think about how to use this in combat. Your materials are correct and so is the description if you WANT to keep it that way, but the item would be more expensive as a result.

Would you find fixing the requirements? It's blank, but you can put something that makes the weapon only applicable to you if you want. Or nothing at all if you please, but that's just my idea on the requirement section.

It looks good, Mugen covered most of the things I would have asked for anyway, one last thing before I approve. By trained in the usage of a hammer, I take it that would be Bukijutsu, for ease of requirement, could you put a Bukijutsu specialism level (can be sub or anything higher) to make it more uniform.
Size of a small building makes sense in Rping, but for acutal sizes, could you give minimum and maximum sizes in meters just so it can have an actual size for expansion, + a neutral size.
And one last thing, if there's damage to the hammerhead, when it expands, does this become larger?

Damage would get grow and shrink with the hammer head. Sorry for not mentioning the training process. What I meant by including trained to use the hammer i meant something along the lines of the user having to have trained me or someone who has been trained for the weapon IC. Due to the nature of the user having to adapt to the weapon's various sizes and shapes. This would have to be done simply because of the fact that a trained user doesn't experience a weight shift in the weapon, as explained in the weapon's description. We could associate a word count, like we do for some missions, to the training of the weapon. But as long as the training for a new user is expressed in a reasonably sized training scenario it doesn't really matter what the length is to me. However, it might be best if we put a WC as a requirement for the training so it isn't eventually abused. Lets say 30~ meter diameter for the the max face size and 45 meters for the max height of the drum of the hammer head, making it a 2/3 ratio. To use the weapon the user would have to also have a Weaponry specialist. I will update all of this in the weapon description right now. Thank you for being patient
