Mysterious Peacock Method

Mysterious Peacock Chakra is a special type of chakra found in former residents or descendents of Hoshigakure. The radiation causes the user to have a increased chakra supply, as well as additional use/manipulation of that chakra using the mysterious peacock method jutsu's. The radiation causes to the descendents and former residents causes any bloodline inheritance to become unsequenced in there body, making them unable to use and utilize any aspects gained from bloodlines. The technique itself manifests in the form of a feather-shaped array behind the ninja and spreading out from behind them like a peacock's tail feathers, hence the name. This chakra is easily manipulated into various shapes to create techniques, making it one of the most versatile jutsu around. These techniques are honed through Star Training, which requires the ninja to spend large amounts of time focusing on their chakra and meditating.

Information on Mysterious Peacock Chakra

• Mysterious Peacock Chakra is a special form of chakra, similar to a KKG, subsequently its techniques can not be copied
  
• Mysterious Peacock Chakra can not be absorbed without sever damage to the absorber
  
• The Radiation that the chakra gives out is harmless to those who can utilize this, but when sealing, or trapping this chakra, it slowly erodes away at the seal and such given time.
  
• Mysterious Peacock Chakra can not be taught, learned or "bought" by those without the Mysterious Peacock Chakra
  
• There will be events that produce small meteorites that can grant those who have them the Mysterious Peacock Chakra, but until such a time, no members can obtain it through "stealing" or implanting

Description:If the user is close to death, they use his or her remaining chakra to draw a symbol in the ground which allows them to temporally resurrect them self in the form of a ghost-like apparition to even the score with whoever killed them. The user has all his/her remaining chakra, but can only use mysterious peacock jutsu's. The apparition lasts until the user runs out of chakra. The user is unable to recover any chakra after they use the apparition method. The only way to regain more chakra is to use the Chakra Predation move to recover chakra.
