Under his cloak he made his approach through the city of mountainous skycrapers of intricately woven metal. This man was aware of everything within a hundred meters of himself, even as he paraded around in his camouflage but not the technique. The village was a bustling place of commerce, exchanges of food and the like going on all around Letony as he walked through the village quietly like a mouse. Letony suddenly came across a terrible gut feeling as though the life was being sucked out of him, but he knew this was not true. He felt the presence of others. This he could not lie about, and a particular presence yeilded him this terrible gut feeling. It was a monstrosity of a chakra that Letony had never felt before. So was this man disconcerted? That would definitely be a yes in this case, for Amegakure was also keeping a rather ghastly secret behind the closed doors of their rain, and their great ocean just beyond the bounds of the village gates. And even the place Letony now stood. This was interesting to Letony, as new discoveries are to everyone because no one knows what will happen next except for got and those chosen. Letony in this case had two behind him, Maya, and Vayu were the only thing he needed in this case. He definitely kept them close, praising them for every breath he took, and denouncing the wicked. In truth he was the wicked, and he couldn't resist his own compulsions, which would simply end this man in the most henious way possible. But that time would not be now, or any time soon in the least, he was only sixteen after all, still young and ripe. There were things that Letony knew that his others in the likeness of his specialties did not, and he loved keeping his information exceptionally secret, and mistifying. Mizu Konowari demanded of him greatness, and greatness he would yeild in return.
So what was it that this man was doing exactly? He would simply fullfill the duty that has been given of him by the highest rank of his own village. How he went about that was defintiely up to him. Letony hardly gets sleep due to his paranoia in excess. He was ready for anything especially with that monstrostiy of a chakra weighting heavy in his mind with every step. Letony was wary of the travelers, and the shinobi which claim this as their home. He was also keen on others entering within these lands, and the chakra natures they entailed. Which was also a keen indicator of which village that person is from, but there is still a high failure rate in that notion. Letony knew this, and respected the fact. What he doesn't respect is the fiction justified by the unclean.
So as Letony walked he couldn't but help continue to stare at the library off in the distance. Its alure continued to draw him close to the building until he was directly upon it. Clutching his fingers tightly, he activated his clan's ability, that of mental persuasion. Like many of the other buildings located in this part of town, the library even had windows covered over with several awnings which would prevent the rain from getting close to the building. It was an inovation which allowed those of this village to continue to enjoy the outside breeze even in the rain. The windows of the library were effectively open, and this gave Letony a direct line of sight toward the individual with this monstrosity of a chakra. With his fingers already in place he weaved several hand signs at master succession. From 40 meters in distance of his target, through the structure of the library, and the window that laid open granting him a clear line of sight, his clan's enhanced properties increasing the overall reach of his technique. A sudden shift caused Letony's body to erupt in an explosion of a thousand blades of wind heading directly for their target in the library, whom was reading a book at the time of this incident. Letony never ignored his surroundings, and was keen to find cover a metal structure which gave him line of sight for his attack, but cover in being discovered. Not only this the nature of such a technique could bring other enemies toward their knees. Letony liked such things. It was clear that this was not an invasion, but more so the fullfillment of a covert operation given unto him by the powers at be.
After acknowleging the result of his mental invasion, Letony would roll from cover, finding a spot even closer to the building before preparing to create more hand signs. He would enter the building through the main entrance afterward.
