General: Akira is a young aged man with feminine like qualities. He is quite tall, slender, and holds somewhat of an elegant like mood about him. He stands in at about 5'11 and has a slender but fit build. His arms, legs, and torso all appearing to be quite long. He is a Caucasian man with a slight tan to him. His lips are a slightly different shade than his skin. Appearing more rose colored. His eyes resemble deep blue marbles almost, being very striking. He has a small pointed nose and his ears are normally hidden from view by his shoulder length rose pink hair, his hair appearing some what messy with ruffles all through out it. He is a very clean boy and comes off as some what girly appearance but doesn't quite act that way when speaking. Some people claim him to be one of the most beautiful people they've ever seen.

Attire: Akira's attire varies between two outfits most of the time. His most common attire being a long black cloak that is constructed out a strong cloth. The cloak has a hood that he normally wears down unless attempting to hide his identity. The cloak stretches down to right above his knees. The zipper zips from the top to the bottom down the center of the cloak. Although Akira tends to never zip it completely and instead stops at his waist, this causes the end part of the cloak to flare behind him when running or a breeze comes by. This also reveals his light grey shinobi styled pants that stop at his ankles and are tuckled into a pair of black combat boots with the shoe laces tied to the very top of the boots. The boots stop slightly above his ankle. Because of the pants being tucked into the boots, the pants appear to be somewhat puffed out of the cuff of the boots. On the back of his cloak is a strap for his scythe to sit in on too carry on his back. While the pants normally have a shuriken holster strapped to his right thigh. The inside of the coat hides multiple weapons as well. Also attached to his waist is a tan tool carrying pouch underneath the cloak above his right butt cheek on his waist. The collar of the cloak appears to have two silver chains dangling out of the hood that can be used to readjust the hood and snap together at the ends.

His second attire normally consists of losing the cloak and reveals his slender and toned torso. Around his waist he has white bandages wrapped to either place stuff in or just for show. He still continues to wear the same dark grey shinobi pants and combat boots. Normally he will lose the cloak when a fight becomes quite serious or when the situation calls for him to have to leave without it. He often times trains like this as well. Many of his allies know that if he takes his cloak off in battle, he has shown the fight is quite a bit more serious. This also reveals a 'X' shaped scar on his torso that he gained in his younger shinobi days from an enemy.

Personality:
Akira overall is a very self confident man who appears to be some what smug at times. But, there is much more than just that too him. He generally remains quite calm and speaks in a somewhat monotone voice. Although in certain situations he does display anger or irritation.

Smug/Selfish/Manipulative/Power Hungry/Intelligent

Smug: Akira often times appears to be very smug around others. Many notice that he is very self confident and normally sees himself as better than most around him. Although, as many people mistake, smug doesn't mean stupid. He knows when others are stronger than him and is not the type of have his confidence pick a fight he can't win. He tends to call be people idiots a lot or claims they're not worth his time. Because of this others often times want to start fights with him just to prove he is worth his time or to knock him off his high horse. He tends to be a bit cold to others he doesn't value.

Selfish: Above everything, Akira is selfish. He values only his goals above all others and will do what betters him. He has been known to often times throw allies under the bus if it means he gains what he wants. He will bend others to his will, lie, etc. . to get what he wants. This also comes to play when just speaking to others, he won't really offer others things and instead will just take most things for himself. He is normally his only concern, unless someone else has something he needs to better himself.

Manipulative: Akira is extremely manipulative, he lies to get out of trouble and lies to get what he wants as well. He is the type to have others do his dirty work if he doesn't have too. He normally uses his high ranking in the village as a key to manipulate the lower ranking members. He is very intelligent when it comes to these types of things and knows exactly what to say to get what he wants or force someone to do an action. His most infamous display of this was when he was a chuunin and was capable of talking an enemy shinobi into killing himself with just words alone. Never once drawing his weapon for the battle.

Power Hungry: Playing alongside his selfish characteristics, he is also quite power hungry. Constantly wishing to find ways to increase his powers to find those who could be useful to him. He doesn't wish to make the same mistakes people have made with the tail beast though and use them as a source of power unless a full proof method to controlling their power was found. Instead he searches into other methods to increase his own strength. Because of his power hungry attitude, he spends a good amount of time training and studying jutsu. Attempting to grow stronger everyday.

Intelligent: Akira is one of the sharpest minds in Amegakure. He has displayed this not only in battle, but in everyday life. Figuring out equations quickly and approaching situations with a different perspective than those around him. His intelligence plays a key role when manipulating people as well, studying the people he is trying to manipulate.
When in battle, he devises tactics and plans to handle enemies that are extremely cunning and clever. Since a young age, even in the academy he was also surpassing others on intellect test and things of those natures.

Story:

Birth: Akira was born in a poor small village on the outskirts of Amegakure. A neighboring village attacked the village on the night Akira was born. Akira was a healthy baby, who had a full head of hair for a baby. He's father and his fathers friend attempted to protect the place he was being born at from the attacking shinobi, but they were slain. Shortly after, Akira's mother was slain. Although, the shinobi just left Akira alive assuming he would die on his own as a baby. This caused him to live the rest of his life with no family.

Orphanage: A couple hours after the attack on the village, a group of women working at the orphanage went to help survivors of the attack. The women found Akira in hands of his deceased mother and took him to be raised in the orphanage. They all pitied him quite a bit and all of them commented on how beautiful of a baby he was. The orphanage is where he would spend all of his childhood for the most part. The women at the orphanage taught him and around the age of six, realized how smart the boy was. The orphanage was located in Amegakure, where he would now live.

Childhood: While growing up at the orphanage, Akira was never adopted because of his cold personality that drove the adopters away when speaking to him. He often times made friends with the other children at the orphanage but never grew close with any of them due to everyone leaving when being adopted. While growing up at the orphanage, Akira was taught quite a bit by the teachers and workers at the orphanage. He was always ahead of everyone at the orphanage. Akira was a very unusual child and this caused the women who ran the orphanage to worry about him. Around the age of 9, they caught him torturing lizards in the orphanage out of boredom. They also noticed that he often times lied to other children to get what he wanted, such as stealing food or getting parents to not adopt certain kids out of spite. He seemed to get enjoyment out of messing with others.
It was also during his time in the orphanage, around the age of 9 that the owners of the orphanage informed Akira of his past with the attack on the village he was born in. This caused him to want to find the place he was born at and visit it. He was curious to where he was born. Even though, the area was very barren now and destroyed now.

The Cherry Blossom: Akira requested to be taken to the village he was born at with one of the women who found his as a baby at the orphanage around the age of 8. He was brought to the village, the village looked abandoned and barren. Obviously no one had lived in the area for days. Although, he seemed very interested in the place.
As he walked through the small village, the orphanage woman pointed out the house where he born at. The roof of the house appeared to have a large and sturdy cherry blossom tree blooming out of it. The woman told Akira that it wasn't there when they found him.
He quickly ran to the house and entered it, inside of it he found the truck of the large tree, surrounded by the pink petals of the cherry blossoms. But, something unusual was also here. Stuck into the side of the trunk was a large scythe that resembled a plucked flower. The scythe seemed as if it was there for quite some time, but Akira went to take the scythe from the trunk. The orphanage woman insisted he didn't keep it, but he told her that she couldn't change his mind. He felt that the scythe was left there for a reason, perhaps as a gift or a hint to become stronger.

Academy: At the age of nine, Akira entered a small shinobi academy, after requesting it to the orphanage. He succeeded in the academy, especially in weaponry and intellect. During spars and things like that, the teachers noticed that Akira was extremely cold and seemed ruthless almost. This caught the village's eyes and lead to them training him more intensely. He become one of the strongest of his class and graduated at the age of 11. One year before the rest of his class.

Genin: At the rank of genin, Akira began using the scythe he found at his birth home as a weapon and became quite advanced in using it it. He also began to base his jutsu off of the very cherry blossom tree that he found the scythe under. He was only paired with one team-mate during his genin days due to the lack of shinobi in Amegakure at the time. Akira's teammate was named Sarah. She was extremely skilled taijutsu user, who felt uneasy around Akira though. She claimed he was very ominous in nature and seemed just generally cold.
During their genin days, they bonded as comrades a bit though. Working as a team, even though they didn't really care for one another personally. Akira often times made small remarks that made her question Akira's motives as a shinobi. Such as him just stating to kill the enemies or those who get in their way.

Chuunin: At the age of 15, Akira and Sarah were both promoted to Chuunin without taking the Chuunin exams. Instead they were recognized by their village to be stronger in rank than genin. Their chuunin years were spent doing a lot of out of country missions together and handling invasions from other shinobi who attempted to attack Amegakure. Akira was recognized by others to be quite ruthless in nature when it came to combat. They remained chuunin until about three years later.

A Snake's Bite: At the age of 18, Akira and Sarah were sent on a mission with two other shinobi to recover the secrets of a near by village. On the mission, they all formulated the plan to get in and get out without any confrontation.
While entering the village though, they were discovered by two of the village's shinobi and they were threatened to fight. Akira quickly went to strike them down, but Sarah stopped the attack with a wire technique that she used on Akira to stop him from attacking the village's shinobi. She told him they were not going to kill any of the shinobi. Akira asked if Sarah was standing in his way then. She didn't answer, this made Akira assume she was. He then broke free from the wire and used a spinning motion to slice at Sarah and the two shinobi of the village. They were killed instantly, but Sarah was bleeding out. Out of anger, the two other shinobi that was on the mission with them rushed Akira, hoping to restrain him but he quickly cut them down with his scythe as well. After killing his two allies and the two enemy shinobi, Akira approached Sarah and chuckled quite a bit when doing so.
"Traitor." He claimed, before landing a finishing blow at her.
He quickly then gathered the information requested by the mission and returned to the village of Amegakure. He explained to the village that Sarah was a traitor of the village and put the village in harm. Although, the village people were suspicious of that being the truth. They were still pleased with Akira's newly found knowledge and decided to rank him up.

A Spy-Spec Jounin: When becoming a Spec Jounin, Akira was assigned to the spy division and worked as a spy for the village. He traveled to almost every village and learned quite a bit about each village. He killed figured heads, gained information, learned secrets and everything else that comes with being a spy. Not only this, but while traveling the world, he discovered other ways to become even stronger and began studying ways to enhance his own strength. This lead to him becoming quite power hungry.

The Blossom Reaper: While traveling the world for his spying job, he gained the nickname of the blossom reaper. Due to his black cloak and his flower resembling scythe. He built up quite the reputation for himself in a few villages. His most infamous known job was his slaughtering an entire village on the outskirts of Kirigakure. It's said the screams from the village echo'd all over the land.

Home: After some time, he arrived home to Amegakure and informed the village of all his discoveries. Except for the ones where they interested him enough and thought he could put them to use. He pretended to have loyalty to the village, but he really only cared about himself. He decided himself that he would do whatever takes to grow stronger and maybe one day run his own village how he see's fit.

Currently: Currently Akira is a jounin in Amegakure who in searching for new ways to grow stronger and has his own goals he is following. He doesn't really care about the village of Amegakure, but still feels out task for them. He has only been a jounin for about an year now, and is curious to what it has to bring him.

Values: Mostly himself and his own endavors. He puts himself before others and usually does things to better him. Even if it doesn't appear that way.

Cherry Blossom Tree's: His fighting style is based on the falling petals of the cherry blossoms tree's. He has always found the tree's beautiful.
Reading: Akira normally carries a book with him to keep him busy during boring times. Reading tends to be his favorite pass time and he often times complains when others interrupt his reading.
Rain: Akira's favorite type of weather is rainy weather. He claims that it is quite soothing and that rain works as a foreshadow for a new start. This is compared to the idea that rain waters plants, giving seeds a new start.
The cold: He's always preferred colder weather.
Dislikes: Idiots: Akira often times gets very annoyed with people who make stupid comments. He is quick to threaten them or tell them to shut their lips.
The Desert: Akira is not quite fond of the intense heat of any desert. He claims that sand is just so barren of life that he finds it quite boring.
The Weak: Akira often times gets annoyed with people who complain about being weak but do nothing to fix it. He see's that everyone has a chance to make their selves strong, so why don't they?
Pork: Least liked food.
Extreme Heat: It's not that he hates the heat and complains about it, he just prefers colder or average temperature levels.
