Registering Canon Jutsu

Here are a few canon jutsus I'd like verified. Some lack ranks or number of handseals so I need those provided for me.

Name: Kago no Me  - Mesh Kage (this is a canon jutsu, check links at the end)
Rank: Unknown
Range: Short (less than 5m)
Type: Ninjutsu
Handsigns: Tiger → Snake → Boar
Description: This technique will use metal strings to form a powerful protective dome. This dome can repel most basic taijutsu attacks. The string is said to be stronger than steel, however it weakens when it becomes wet. The user can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease, trapping and immobilizing those who were foolish enough to make basic taijutsu attacks against it.

Name: Wire Binding (unnamed)
Rank: Unknown
Range: Mid range
Type: Ninjutsu
Handsigns: Tiger → Boar → Dog → Tiger
Description: After performing the necessary handseals, the user launches several strands of wire to ensnare an enemy. Once captured, the user can tighten the wire at will, to inflict injury or maim the victim. Though said to be stronger than steel, the wire becomes weakened when it becomes wet.

Name: Sumi Nagashi - Ink Flush
Rank: Unknown
Range: Short to Mid range
Type: Ninjutsu
Handsigns: None
Description: By directly pouring out his ink instead of using it to draw, the user can create a large amount of creatures such as a nest of snakes to attack the target. Should the opponent prove strong enough to break the binds if restrained, they can reform again around the target, making struggling pointless.

Name: Sumigasumi no Jutsu - Ink Mist Technique
Rank: C
Range: Self
Type: Ninjutsu
Handsigns: None
Description: The user wraps their body in chakra-infused ink to hide themselves creating an effective smokescreen. When used in combination with the Body Flicker Technique, the user can quickly leave the battlefield without being noticed.

Name: Chōjū Giga - Super Beast Imitating Drawing
Rank: B
Range: All
Type: Ninjutsu
Handsigns: None (but I assume the rule of the thumb applies)
Description: The ninja uses chakra-infused ink to quickly draws objects onto his scroll. The moment the brush is removed, the images leap from the paper, grow to life-size, and act according to the user's will. Because they are made of ink, a single blow is usually enough to dispel them.

I'd also like to know if it's possible to have equivalent jutsus of the Fire Sealing method http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Fire_Sealing_Method for other elements. And is it possible to use this jutsu in combat (assuming it's Handsign duration uses the "thumb rule") to, for example, defend yourself by sealing an incoming fire jutsu into a scroll?

Purposed Ranked: No idea.
Additional Information: Can't be used without ninja wire, so jutsus that have a requirement instead of those that can be used straight off the bat (like elemental jutsu) should have some kind of advantage to make up for it.

Additional Information: Can't be used without ninja wire, and wire is a lot harder to follow with the eyes than any other item, even senbon, which means it should make it next to impossible to deflect with taijutsu, forcing the enemy to move out of range or use "big" jutsu (like summoning a stone wall), meaning a large obstacle.

Purposed Ranked: Don't know. On one had the creatures are small and the jutsu doesn't do damage, but on the other hand there are plenty of them and no handseals are needed, so I guess B rank.
Additional Information: Requires a whole vial of ink to be sacrificed which means the ninja would ether have to carry a lot of extra ink with him, which would take up space of other stuff he might take. Or if he only has the one then it stops him from using any more Ink jutsu.
Handsigns: You're suppose to fill this part out, but the jutsu does say none.

Additional Information: This is no different from when Gaara uses sand or Kakashi uses leafs to mask his movement before using body flicker. It's simply a better version of the 'puff of smoke' that usually accompanies such jutsu so this shouldn't be viewed as a separate jutsu, but rather an upgrade of the existing body flicker jutsu.
Handsigns: None.

Additional Information: Again, limited by material components. I believe this jutsu is much closer to Fuinjutsu than Ninjutsu since the user "unleashes" (synonym to unseal) the objects from the scroll. That being said, I think should benefit from the Fuinjutsu specialty in some way.
Handsigns: None (but in terms of speed it should follow the rule of the thumb)

We have an entire section for it, not here.

I'm going to say yes, there can be other elements, but since its a B rank, it could only hope to seal 1 A rank jutsu at best. Not stuff like Amaterasu, but I'll write that up at a later date.

Actually it was able to seal amaterasu, but only after the fact, so I'm guessing it can seal actively jutsus up to B rank, while above B rank jutsus only after the fact.
